We provide written estimates for common maintenance and small improvement projects. For some requests we may ask for photos or schedule a short site visit to confirm scope.
We are based in Island, Kentucky. Availability depends on distance and the type of project. Send your nearest town or service address and we’ll confirm scheduling options.
We do not claim to provide licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or structural engineering services. If your project requires a licensed specialist, we’ll recommend the appropriate next step.
Payment is typically due upon completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. For larger or multi-visit projects, we may use milestone payments based on progress.
Yes. Photos help us understand the work and provide a more accurate estimate. You can email photos to support@vitrinayarkka.com.
Scheduling depends on current workload and project size. We’ll provide the earliest available windows after reviewing your request.
